Building a Construction Company From the Ground up

The company was founded by Lance Albritton, a skilled general contractor who has been in the industry for more than 30 years now. Today, he runs a reputable renovation company known across many households in and near Jacksonville, FL, but his success didn't happen overnight.

He started out doing small residential work. This was his first real experience with home renovation and remodeling projects.

After that he decided to spread his wings and apply at a company that specialized in government construction projects. This was where his career took off. In fact, Lance was assigned the project manager for more than $50 million dollars' worth of construction projects. These included everything from office and apartment buildings to large sports complexes and even airplane runways.

Despite his success, he wanted to take his career even further by starting his own company. Thus, Bartram Construction Services was born!
